None of these problems were detected during the pregnancy and within thirty minutes of being born, Ethan and I were being transported to the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
We spent the first month of his life there and by the time Ethan was a year old he’d had eight surgeries. So what does this have to do with revealing trout fishing secrets?
Well at the time I was working as a trout fishing guide and had been a happy employee for ten years. However the company was very cold and unwilling to give me any time off to deal with the issues our little family was facing.
